Powerbitches Gather is a global community that brings together powerful progressive leaders, founders, artists, executives, activists, writers, and intrapreneurs to learn from each other, form collaborations, and build lasting professional relationships.
We believe that real power is richer and more substantive than the usual metrics of job title, salary, or the company you work for. It's about vision, courage, and taking action to create something that makes the world a different and better place than it was before you came into it- whether you do that through your organization or someone else's.
The Powerbitches community is one of powerful, inspiring, doers, leaders, and creatives. It’s a place to seek out answers, or assists from folks who you know are always going to be thoughtful in their replies, and generous with their time. The womxn of PB are cheerleaders when you need a boost, or a reminder that you are doing great things - because too often we focus on failure and not on milestones or achievements.
-Alexis Barad Cutler, NSFMG
Powerbitches members are drivers of change: as entrepreneurs, as creatives, as domain experts, in civil society, or in the companies they work for.
We look for members who are visionary, courageous, and driven by a commitment to social justice.
This means that our events are designed for connection rather than passive consumption and that you can expect to be called into conversations and events we think you’d benefit from or have something to contribute to.
Our approach to community building is based on an ethic of care, intentionality, and personal connection. This attention to detail takes time and skill and is reflected in our price point.
Our members are leaders, mothers, founders, artists, executives, activists, writers, and intrapreneurs. We work across media, non-profits, business, philanthropy, finance, tech, academia, fashion, politics, education, health and wellness, and more. Many of us wear multiple hats.
Connect with global experts inside our community and in sister organizations for interactive, deep-dive conversations about leadership, progressive business practices, and what it takes to build something from the ground up
The Powerbitches Gather take on a mastermind. Multiple times each month, or members connect to ask questions, exchange ideas, and get smart, confidential advice from other mission-driven progressives across many different backgrounds and fields of expertise.
Themed to a different industry, identity, or impact focus each month, we’ll match you with other progressive leaders who share your interests for conversation and collaboration. Free for members; open to non-members by invite only.
DIGITAL COWORKING HOURS
Working remotely doesn't have to mean working alone. Each month, our members come together for a two-hour coworking session, interspersed with short breaks and community check-ins, for group accountability to complete your focused tasks.

Being part of this community has given me a unique opportunity to truly understand what keeps other amazing women up at night and how they wrestle with their challenges and growth opportunities.
Where else would I be able to advise and get advice from writers, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, and all kinds of creators on the regular, all around the world? It blows my mind how kind and generous everyone is with their learnings, and I am honored to be a part of it.

As a non-member, I enjoyed going to the dinners. I loved everything about how food enabled conversations, as a way to layer other people’s thoughts with an environment, that was disarming. The benefit of knowing we were all women that were powerbitches in our own lives, helped everyone feel like they were participating in a constructive discussion about real issues. I always left feeling like, these dinners actually helped the attendees get some real answers to what we were discussing that evening
